Dear Brothers & Sisters, students guardian
Assalam Alaykum Warahmatullah.
We would like to draw your attention to the following:
1. Time table
o school day begins promptly at ten in the morning and ends at three o'clock in the afternoon. Please make sure that you drop and collect your son/daughter to and from (in particular for those below 12 years old)
o In the case of delay for more than 10 minutes the student is received from the administration room. Repeated delay will give us a cause of concern.
o Please Report to the school who has the right to receive the student at the end of the day instead of the parents in exceptional cases.
2. Supplies:
o Bring books, notebooks and other class stationary necessaty.
o bring a lunch box or bag.
o Bring a small cloth towel to dry the face and hands after ablution (Woodo).
o Girls must bring an easy to wear veil for prayer.
o Make sure that you are having moderate dress.
3. Caveats:
o Having foods and beverages in the classroom is prohibited. (water is allowed with the teacher permission)
o It is the student responsibility to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the class and school and to avoid writing on the wall, the table or playing with the tools in the classroom.
o Do not run or stampede in the corridors and on stairs
o Do not put the feet on the chair or table.
4. The Curriculum is divided into: Article Qur'an, Islamic studies and Arabic language course in addition to creativity activities.
Grading:
(Applies to the two semesters and equally divided as follows:
10% for student behavior in the classroom.
10% for creative activities.
20% for homework, memorisation and contribution in the classroom (first part of the year) and another 20% for the second one.
(5% of it for Qur'an, 5% for Islamic studies and 10% for the Arabic language).
20% for the first half of the year exam and 20% for the end of the year.
o Please support your children with the notes in the daily book of the student.
o If you have any questions please refer to the school administration first.
